I had ordered for broadband product and talked to Mr. Umeash (Sales
person) on 08130220195, who has given that router only and i have also asked about the landline phone, he replied he will given tomorrow. and today is 22 of feb and still i do not have land line phone.

I have also tried to call him he never pick that phone and now he was promise to me on monday he will given the landline phone, but still responce. I will not be pay a single rupee for this month. it has to be waiver off to me.
I have also reaise a SR for this whose SR: 64863056 and i have also recorded that call in which he was promise for same. If you will not taken any action regarding this then i will take this to legally for airtel.
kindly check and talk to that sales person and throw him out from airtel, because i a m customer for having big corporate. I am a ex-airtel employee.
Please look at this and revert.
