We have purchased your fans 3nos. during the exhibition held at AMCOSA building, Visakhapatnam on 17.09.2012 vide inv no.160. Your sales person Mr. A.Ravikumar has delivered the items to my address SPS/1/1-B, 2nd LANE TO SAIBABA TEMPLE, RAILWAY NEW COLONY, VISAKHAPATNAM at a Rate of Rs.3300/- each fan.
At the time of Delivery, due to lack of power supply the same could not be demonstrated and Mr Ravi told that all are good pieces.
Unfortunately, one is working in good condition and other two are not working since purchase of the fans.
Time and and again, many more times, I am calling Mr Ravi and he is telling that I will replace the items, whenever he come to Vizag on exhibition or he will give proprietor number, but not yet worked out.
Once I made a compliant to your office also. I have suggested that you send the new ones by courier on to pay basis and I will send the fans by courier to your address on to pay basis, as per details on the bill.
Finally, I request your good self to make necessary arrangement to Replace the two fans with new ones, which are laying with sealed packing as delivered, considering coming summer.
Please find here with the bill is enclosed here with for your reference and your sales person Mr. Ravi 9505132126 is well aware about the issue, and confirm with him.
