Salary not paid and winding up

Name of company/service: KandK Infotech Pvt Ltd

Hi,My Boss Mr.Vasudevan owner of Kandk Infotech Pvt Ltd- Bangalore has not paid me 7 months salary and assured me to pay the dye amount once the company is stable through mail. I have not taken any relieving letter and docs from the company yet. But Jan 20th got a reply from him saying that there is no improvement on company’s revenue. Hence, we are winding up KandK officially by 31st March due to the reason of none payment of salary due to no revenue generation.

We are moving with a new management ( an investor ) who is set to take over as MD of new entity to run the show. Please collect all your legal documents on OR before 31st march 2013 before we windup K&K.

Can i put a case on them in labour law.
