salary not giving

Name of company/service: acetel technologies pvt ltd

i am employee of acetel technology in d46 sector 59 noida. the company have not given my salary since nov 2011 .not only salary they are not giving my expenses and pf also.when i am telling them they are saying they dont have money.m salary per month is 8146 rs.please help me to tackle this problem.
