I’m a Govt. Officer under West Bengal Govt. and I serve in Electrical Department. My higher officials brought me a hp Desktop P.C. for office use from Jana Technologies, Tamluk. It got defunct around 21 days back. It had been reported to Jana Technologies, the vendor accordingly as warranty is still valid. But, no response received. There after repeated attempts a feedback had been received from Jana Technologies that an email may be forwarded regarding the problem. That was also done on 2nd May’2013. Yet, no response had been received. When, a call was made to Jana Technologies’s Soumya Jana regarding the issue on 16th May’2013, a very rude behaviour had been perceived with constant denial of service. Please help me.
