On 05 Aug late evening in parking of basement B2 exit of my car was blocked by a SUV. Guards refused to respond to help.I saw that SUV was in neutral and requested Guard UTTAM BASAK to help to push the SUV out of the way along with me .He point blank refused saying it was not his duty and turned his back.
