Subject:Request-regarding-complaint on Mr.Bharani.
Iam Pal Manojkumar X employee of Dominos pizza With employee Id:660053 went to Hr office on 01/06/2015 for Applying PF successfully applied for PF Bharani helped me.Later i have asked for releaving letter, He said me to wait for a while.
I found that he is chit chatting with his coleague’s so i have asked him the status.
He had commented on me with his colegue in telugu “Pillodu edustunadu jaldi system khali cheyandi.” I.e: in english “little boy is crying for releaving letter hand over a system to me.”
What does it mean Do x employees dont have self respect as being a HR how can he do this to me.On which basis you are hiring HR for dominos.
He was shouting on me like he has thousands of work.
He is not able to help one fellow how can he help thousands.
A HR dont have a reserved Pc for his sake. Dont you think this is shameful for dominos brand.
He was very rudely saying if you want releaving letter you have to wait or else you can leave come some other day.Iam employed How i’ll be free on some other day.
The only thing Iam expecting is An apologise from him and releaving letter on my communication address.
