Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I”ve been receiving so many calls from HP. Every time they call, they talk about extending the warranty of my laptop.However i always tell them that i’m not interested in extending my warranty at all. I got a call from HP today, it was a girl on the other side and she started speaking about extending the warranty. I told her that i’m not interested in extending my warranty and she replied that they would be covering all hardware and software damage, then i said why are you guys keep on calling me when i’ve already said no. I was a little upset that time so she said i’m supposed to give them a valid reason for this.
Seriously ???
I said that this is my laptop and i’ll decide whether to extend the warranty or not, why do you guys keep calling me.
And then she said very rudely “Sir, ye call record ho raha hai warna main aapko batati.” and dropped the call.
I am immensely offended by this and i need the management department to take strict actions against her.
I don’t remember her name, but i guess it’s a huge company so they would be keeping details of every call.
