on 08 june i went to sbi,tamluk branch to open an account bcoz my address vill-chaksriradha,p.s-tamluk,pin 721647.but general manager,mr.g.b.sahoo did not give the form.he told that i have to go to my nearest branch panskura.i told him that as my address i am a resident under tamluk.so why i ll go.i’ve no time bcoz that day i’ve to return to kolkata.and there is no such rules in sbi agenda.but he told that he’ll not give form and the words”apnar ja karar thake kare neben ami ekhane apnake account kholar janya form debo na” with such rude behaviour.i wondered really shame about it that it should not be happened in bank like sbi.i’ve a form on which he sighned and wrote go to panskura
i’ll be highly grateful if there is taking some actions.
