RTO Documents Not Received yet

It’s been almost 5 months. But still COMPANY neither have provided me my vehicle’s documents nor provide me my vehicle number.

I have been calling redundantly to Mr. Suresh Jitiya – representative of the company from whom we purchased Aviator coz we were worried about all RTO documentation but From September month he was not receiving any phone calls from our side. Hence we had to go directly to office for inquiry of the same but there was not satisfactory reply.
Ms. Aarti… What nonsense she was talking.
She said the employed named Mr. Suresh was fired from their branch. So you have to talk with him only. WE AND COMPANY is not responsible for that…
THEN WHO THE HELL IS RESPONSIBLE….??? The word was THIS IS NOT OUR LOOKOUT by ms. arti..(Is This A Corporate Company or a Professional Answer to the costumer??)
Ms. Arti who is the respective person for RTO documentation has provided a personal number of Mr, Suresh n the starting days of November month Mr. Suresh has picked up the phone and said it is in process and will deliver the same by two days. Then he disappeared not receiving any calls.
We have been going to office to see any respective Head Of The Department but always answer comes that OUR MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.(I don’t know why this company paying to this manager if he never available??? Or company doesn’t aware about the same??)
At last certainly MANAGER (Mr.MANISH) was there in the office in December second week (thank god he thought to work toward the salary.)
The manager said DON’T WORRY WE WILL SORT THIS OUT IN TWO DAYS. 9 days passed but the issue is yet to be resolved.

Sir we have been coming to office since 4 months as per I remember more than 8 times also been to RTO thrice waiting for your EX EMPLOYEE Mr. Suresh as per his commitment plus calling his number, your number also to office numbers. (do you know what is the price of petrol now?? / what are the call charges?? Who’s father will gonna pay for that??)
Mark my words guys if you don’t know how to work in corporate PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR BRANCH I would highly appreciate if you do so…
Nobody is bother to know how terribly customers are suffering by Mentally / economically even after giving full payment in CASH.

And still my problem is unsolved……!!!
