Rs.95 Internet Data Pack Not Working

I am using your tata indicom prepaid connection 9266455694 since last 2 years. Currently I am using it with handset Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA.

I have activated GPRS Internet Pack of Rs.95 via SMS. I had received sms of amount deduction and data pack activation after some minutes, but Internet was not working. I called your customer care number and told the executive about this problem. He told me that Data Pack has been activated and I have to wait for some time. After 3-4 hours when Internet was not activated on my connection I contacted again to you CC executive the he told me to reset my mobile, reste battery n all and wait till 11 PM. I did the same and when Internet is not activated till yet I contact again to your customer care number – 12524 it was not connecting me to your executive even on you website online complaint registration link was not working.
I tried to contact your customer care via another number and then your executive Shweta told me that that my sim is not a OMH sim I have to purchase new OMH sim. I told her that at the time of purchasing this sim dealer told me that this is new OMH sim and will not work with old handsets so that I purchased new handset for this. She told me that system is not showin it OMH even whatever if it;s printed on SIM itself. I asked her to refund my money back as this sim is not eligible to get connected via this internet pack the she refused to do so.

I am very much disappointed with this kind of response.

Sim has print OMH on it, then why it’s not showing OMH in your system even my handset showing it OMH.

If this sim is not compatible with your internet pack the why it had been activated and deducted my money or Rs.95

If I am not able to use your internet pack then why you guys not able to add it back to my main balance.

This seems quite unprofessional. I am customer of Tata Indicom since last 10 year as using anaother prepaid mobile. post paid walky connections.

Are your guys have no responsibility to solve these technical glitches.

Many time I found your services support going downwards but I ignored but this time I will not tolerate this and will go to Consumer court to get this solved.

    We tried calling on 9266455694 but the same was not reachable. However, we would like to inform you that an amount of Rs. 95/- has already been credited back to your account. We request you to kindly check with the balance details by dialing to *111# or *191#.

  3. This is to inform you that I recharged with data 48 pack and then with 222
    full talk time pack afterwards on yesterday night. But after that I got to
    know that my balance of Rs. 120/- got deducted suddenly for data usage. I
    got this message that ” Last session charges for 12056.651 KB is Rs. 120.6
    . Balance in core is Rs.103.2567 and validity is 2025-08-15″. Then
    aggrieved and depressed , I called tata indicom customer care helpline but
    the call got disconnected when the executive asked me to hold. Then again i
    tried form my tata number but the VRS response was ” All customer care
    executives are busy helping other customers , go to my account option
    tataindicom.com”. I tried several times and again and again I got the same
    response. Then I tried calling from my landline No. 0120-2581648 and again
    call got disconnected from your end and again i tried and got the same
    response as earlier” All cc exec are busy……” . Again i tried form
    another no. 9818731760 and again call disconnected and again same response
    again and again. I was totally exasperated and irritated by the behaviour
    of your company. The company does not have a proper greviance redressal
    mechanism.
    Again in the morning after a terrible night (All credit goes to tata
    indicom ), I again summed up my energy and again I called customer care and
    got the same response . Again i tried form 9818731760 which is airtel no.
    and somehow i was able to reach supervisor of the customer care(CC
    escalated my call to the higher department) . The higher supervisor told me
    that I did not use the proper way of recharging my cell with mobile
    internet pack. I should have messaged instead of doing it online, she told
    me. I told her that I being the oldest customer of your company you should
    refund my money as I did not get any intimidation from company side as how
    to recharge. Again I did it the way she told me and again my balance got
    deducted but I am not able to use internet on my phone.I request you to
    please resolve my query and refund my 120+48 =168 rupees.
