RS.5500/- wrongly deducted from my SB A/c

Name of company/service: PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK

I am a/c holder of PNB Alambagh Branch, Lucknow.Due to failure of ATM Machine RS.5500/- wrongly deducted from my SB a/c on 24.07.2012.I have lodged complaint on PNB Toll free no. & ATM Cell but after 1 month i am not receiving any response from their side and I am facing many problems. I am a student and that amount was my fees amount.
Please help me for returning my money.
