Rs 27 deducted

Dear Sir,
I Reshma Roy has called the reliance customer care within 2nd to 13th of july 2012 to ask them that what are the packs activated in my number 8101294846. Their customer service representative told me that only 2 packs are activated. One is sms pack and another is 1p/2sec. Today on 16th july, Rs 27 has been deducted from my number. When I called them to know the reason of the deduction. They told me that a voice pack has been activated. I told them this full story. They transferred the line to their senior representative. His name is Anup Raul. He told me that it is their fault that I have not been informed about this voice pack. When I asked him to refund the money. He told me that he cannot refund it. Sir I need to get back my money as first of all the voice pack is of no use to me and secondly I am a student. I dont even earn a single penny.
