I had placed an order for a bag on 8th Feb 2013. Due to some reason I had to return the same, which I did on 14th Feb. I placed a request on 16th Feb for the return of the amount to my Bank account. According to them they have processed the request on 22nd of Feb. I asked for the statement of their bank on 1st March and they said they will share it within 3 business days. It is 7th of March today and I have neither the amount nor the screenshot of the bank statement from Myntra.
I have been chasing them since the day i have placed the request for refund, but everytime they I ask for some number of business days, but do not take even a single action on the same. On asking for the statement from their end, they are not even sending the mail for the statement in the stipulated time suggested by them.
Please take a strict action on such fraud online stores. As, if such stores started doing these frauds then people will loose faith on such a good media of shopping.
