RS 1500 Recharge & Speed 10-15kbps

I have recharged my sim with rs1500 for 10gb 3g plan. I have used your service with same plan 9 to 12 times before but this time your customer support and your speed annoyed me.

1st your support team doesn’t know the value of time and they talk as if you are the only 3g service provider in india.

2nd this is my 2nd 1500 recharge in this month. I mean I have recharged worth rs3000 in this month.

Now I think that your systems might not be able to update my new plan and so I am getting such low and pathetic speed.

I tried to explain this problem to your customer support but instead they want me to just hear.. what they say. And trust me everything what they say is rubbish.

They are just saying we can only provide support if you are using Airtel 3g dongle and I am using dlink 3g dongle.

They are saying its the fault of my dongle..ok lets say if its my dongle fault. But why I am still getting such a terrible low-speed with my Nokia Asha, my tablet and other two 3g enabled cells.

    Here’s the list of my account’s balance :

    GPRS 2, 9878.36 MB Left upto 8 sept 2013.

    Balance: 27.74

    As the personal who talked on your behlf said you need to keep your main balance above RS5. Mine is RS 27 and still same low speed.

    One more thing I never ever did any recharge for talktime as I use this sim for just internet purpose. Before also I always had o.oo main balance but still 600 to 650 kbps speed. What’s happened now.

    The person also aksed me to update my dongle and I did it from official D-Link website.

    What I don’t understand is why all your people stick to dongle. If my dongle have problem let it have it, but what about my cell phone Nokia asha, Tablet. Do I need to update them all for sake of good internet speed.

    Let me tell you I am using Reliance sim and using there 4gb RS 750 or something as backup and it works like charm with all my devices including my BAD dongle.

    So in simple terms .. no benefit and same low 10 to 20 kbps speed.

    According to speedtest.net my donwload speed is 0.07 MBPS and upload speed is 0.10 MBPS

    Sorry airtel but I haven’t received any confirmation call. They told me that it will be resolved till/before 19th of august 3 pm and you are saying its solved.

    Let me test the speed and will update within 10 minuts.

    Sorry airtel the speed is same. The person from your customer support told me that my recharge was sucessful but your systems weren’t able to update the new recharge and so I am getting such low speed. … Exactly what I said in my first comment.
