I have recharged my sim with rs1500 for 10gb 3g plan. I have used your service with same plan 9 to 12 times before but this time your customer support and your speed annoyed me.
1st your support team doesn’t know the value of time and they talk as if you are the only 3g service provider in india.
2nd this is my 2nd 1500 recharge in this month. I mean I have recharged worth rs3000 in this month.
Now I think that your systems might not be able to update my new plan and so I am getting such low and pathetic speed.
I tried to explain this problem to your customer support but instead they want me to just hear.. what they say. And trust me everything what they say is rubbish.
They are just saying we can only provide support if you are using Airtel 3g dongle and I am using dlink 3g dongle.
They are saying its the fault of my dongle..ok lets say if its my dongle fault. But why I am still getting such a terrible low-speed with my Nokia Asha, my tablet and other two 3g enabled cells.
