Respected sir,
Mr. harisids patel is a second hand car dealer and met us via some source in the same context. He assured us to get an Estilgo car of an high court judge which as per him was in good condition. He took Rs.10000/- from me via a cheque (No.00568, dated 13-2-12 drawn on IDBI)as token amount assuring to show us the car next day. when we saw the car it was in a miserable condition not worth to be bought so we asked him to return our money but he flatly refused.
Thereafter, I had given a notice to him for the same but he did not reply. I now look on you for the justice as my money is hard earned and I feel being a part of the democratic country should pay it back to me rather than loosing all hopes.
Kindly do the needful i will feel proud to an Indian or will regret that we live in the land of no justice.
