ROYAL ENFIELD – CLASSIC -350. POOR ACCESSORIES AND NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTER

I had purchased a Royal Enfield make Classic – 350 on 24.10.2013 which I received after 6 months waiting

I am facing problems with my Bike The attached swiches are not working properly. Which were replaced by service center after number of followups just a month ago. However the condition is still the same. My Bike’s Horn is not working.

From the First day While pushing Disk Brake my bike makes a hissing sound no response of service center on that too.

At every service and in the mid too I informed service center that there is a bad sound of scratching they instead of doing something cut my bike’s chaincover. However the sound was still there. If the bikes chain cover was a problem they should have replaced them.

Bike’s gear are not smooth and the same response as above.

They put engine oil in switches How amazing switches can be treated by engine oil…. I am totally in a Mess A bike of 1.29 Lacs and in return zero after sales service.
