The consultancy under question claims to provide services to students who are aspiring for higher studies in USA. The services includes Editing the Personal statements and recommending colleges and do Visa process etc. I had plans for applying for the fall of 2014 for which the processes have to done by at least Feb of 2014 and have opted for the complete scheme which include all the services. I had had send them all the docs required for the processing and it way too long for them to provide me any feedback. When I first received the first edit of my personal statement, I was stunted by the fraud nature of this institution. Instead of editing in any cogent form, they out right cut-paste the info that I have provided onto a sop format that can found on internet and send to me. I wrote back them mentioning all the drawbacks of the sop in a very clear manner and since then they are nothing but trouble to me. The lady in charge of my profile and process had always been insinuating and arrogant to me. whenever I ask about details of process ,she keep on asking about the money I have I paid, though she knows I paid the full amount for full service at the very beginning. I requested for a change of person in charge of my profile and they did. But things were same as they all had the same problem. Then they send a revised edition of my sop in which they just manage to cut paste better written first and last paragraphs with the same and asking me to edit it , for which the very reason I paid them. I demanded the reimbursement of the money and told them to me process as it was all behind the schedule and talking to these virago was waste of my time and money. Then one day their proprietor, madhavi desai itself called me. she was so arrogant and snobbish that she kept on boasting her experience in her field and threaten me to file a complaint against me and said to me ” throwing me out” all because I wrote the truth about their service. Then she commanded me to take 15k that she literally want throw to me. When I asked about the details work that she charged me for the rest of 15k, they just gave me some bogus reasons. She charged me around INR 4500/- for just giving the names four colleges and their contact details which I could googled myself. Then a few weeks later one her associates called my land owner whose phone number I never gave to them under any circumstances. I believe that they acquired it with communication address that I gave and being a Doctor, his number is listed in Justdial.com site which can be obtained easily if the address is given. They called him under the pretension that I told them that he is my uncle and asked him to “handle me” and the lady who called him was literally praising madhavi desai and about her glory. Then I send them final message mentioning the litigation and tawdry acts they have committed to prevent me from approaching the court and consequences. Since then they avoided all my calls and never again replied to my letter. I hope you may find a solution to this predicament and help me to find justice.
