my mob. no. is 8591174100. i recharged Rs. 179 on 20/6/12 for roaming benefit. after this i cant receive call while roaming then i contact cutomercare he advice me to recharge topup. again i cant receive call in roaming then recontact cutomercare . he again advice me to recharge Rs. 38 for incoming validity.
nw problem is i still not able to receive call while roaming on this number.
so i request u u can check call record regarding this. i do only which ur customercare advice.
either u give me roaming benefit or reverse my money….

1. our roaming benefit lapse on 19/6/12…
2. then i recharhe Rs 179 for reavail roaming benefit on 20/6/12…
3. call customercare regarding not making or receiving call by this number….then he advice me to recharge topup 20/6/12
4. agin i call CC for this regarding not making call or receive.. then he again advice me to recharge incoming validity 21/6/12 morning
5. i recharge it..bt still not make or receive call…again contact CC then he longe complain SR no. 181595246 & told me 2 wait for 48 hrs.to solve this problem22/6/12
7. refuse ti give roaming benefit or reverse my money on 24/6/12 after 48 hrs waiting…
