recently purchased a duplicate sim for my mobile no 9894708163(reliance CDMA chennai circle). the sim is working only when I am going to tamilnadu and it is not working while I roam in andrapradesh . complained frequently with customer care from 24th of june and the complaint not yet resolved. For making a complaint I am spending 10 to 20 minutes since the customer care service is not accessible easily and directly
