My dad was suferring from rectum cancer and admitted to hospital.He is no more with us.all this happened in two months.
When asked for copy of daily medical reports by written request the hospital officals deny us for it and ask us to do legal action.
we want to obtain the medical reports..
As per code of medical ethics
they have to handle us with the copy of medical records within 72 hours
why should we go for legal action.We have paid and hired their services.
