This is formally inform you that this is Adeeti lad I have aacount with Fashion & You my queries is that,
First experience 1) I order on 03rd July 2012 order no. 2094904 one Saree Code No is. 2078 and today i received product no.2064 which I never buy from you at all! So now I don’t want this product at allllllllll….. if u not send me correct product with in 7 day’s will send this same Email to consumer court & also I will mention that you people making ford with customers am facing this problem 2nd time 1st time I ignore it…
Second experience 2) I book 2 saree on 16.07.2012 Order No. 2138562 and that order without any conformation that fashion & you people cancelled that order and second thing when i login in fashion and you and see my order history there is order is cancel than I call immediately to fashion and you customer care that time one executive told me on 27th July 2012 madam your order has been confirm so you will received that order on 5th august or 6th august so, I said okay no problem than again next day on 28th july 2012 @ 10.15 I received call madam your order has been cancel is that way to work…. Then again i called customer care & speak with Mr.Niraj Tiwari he is saying madam your order is cancelled so I will not able to confirm your order anyhow? Is that way… fashion and you company is ridiculous company & they don’t have internal coordination also… all the time new story with fashion and you
Third experience 3) order on 03rd July 2012 order no. 2094904 according to my 1st experience my product take a return back from me on 18th July 2012 & still i have not receive my return amount today date is 28th July 2012 on 17th July I received call from fashion and you & as per fashion and you people told me with in 48 hour you will received your return amount any how conditions…..
Note: this is really ridiculous experience with FASHION & YOU, I am really very unhappy with your service …. If you see my history I never return your product I always whatever I order that I received genuinely …. So you also genuinely reply FASHION & YOU done cheating with me…..So my humble message to all my Facebook friends don’t buy anything from fashion and you company….. you can buy from Snapdeal Company it was grate experience
