Reund amount lesser

i had purchased an item from shopclues, order no: 102709982 the order was cancelled by them itself saying reason “delay from merchant” and refund credited. i have not recieved any refund and i had ordered for Rs 249/- my wallet was deducted with Rs 249 but i am getting only rs 214 as refund. the item was not even processed fro shipping and not even shipped and they cancelled the order and now refunding a lesser amount than that was taken from me without any fault of mine. i need my full amount refund of Rs 249 and i am never gonna shop from shopclues ever again for cheating money.
