RETURNS & REFUNDS

I’VE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF AMAZON INDIA EVER SINCE IT WAS LAUNCHED.
RECENTLY I’VE PURCHASED DVDS /VCDS /AUDIO CDS WORTH RS 52, 0000. SINCE AMAZON IS STILL INCAPABLE OF HANDLING ONLINE TRANSACTIONS WHICH GOT FAILED SEVERAL TIMES THEREBY MULTIPLE ORDERS WERE ORIGINATED LEADING TO DUPLICATION OF SEVERAL PRODUCTS. AND THEREBY REFUND AMOUNT HAS REACHED RS 9000. ALREADY A MONTH HAS ELAPSED SINCE THE FIRST ORDERING ON AUGUST 16, 2014.

THE AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE TEAM COMMITTED ME REPEATEDLY THAT IF THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED TO THEM THROUGH STANDARD FEDEX PICKUP THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATED. I DID THE SAME. ALL THE PRODUCTS HAVE REACHED THE AMAZON WAREHOUSE AT BHIWANDI ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2014 AT 18.22PM. BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET REFUNDED THE AMOUNT AND ASKING FOR SCANNED COPY OF PROOF OF DELIVERY(POD) DOCUMENTS WHICH, QUITE OBVIOUSLY, FEDEX, AMAZON’S OFFICIAL COURIER DECLINING SINCE AMAZON IS THEIR CLIENT, NOT MINE.
I HAVE HAD TO FILE A-Z GUARANTEE CLAIM SINCE I’M NOT GETTING THE
REFUND. JUST NOW A SELLER HAS MAILED ME STATING THAT THEY ARE READY TO INITIATE REFUND
BUT AMAZON HAS NOT MOVED A SINGLE INCH IN RETURNING THE PRODUCT WHICH IS STILL LYING AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. MY BANK(HSBC) HAS LEVIED PENALTY OF RS 1000 AS BOTH THE VISA PLATINUM CARDS EXCEEDED THEIR CREDIT LIMIT. NOT TO MENTION THE ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF STATIONERY AND PRINTING EXHAUSTED IN MAKING THE PACKAGES SPECIFIED BY AMAZON
I FEEL TOTALLY DECEIVED BY THIS ATTITUDE OF AMAZON WHO IS DISPLACING THE BLAME UPON THE SELLER THAT THEY ARE NOT CONSENTING TO APPROVE THE REFUND WHILE ACTUALLY THE REVERSE IS TRUE.
I SOLEMNLY SOLICIT YOUR INTERVENTION TO RESOLVE THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.
