Sir, I have ordered a Eurolone Sandwich maken from www.snapdeal.com and my order id is 3508565076
I ordered the product on 11th of november 2014 and I received the broken product and I file a complain for return of the product and the product was taken on 20th of november.
But till now I havent received any replacement and not my money is returned back.
I have made many calls on their customer care number what they said was the returned product they havent received and from my side the pick up of the profuct has been done.
I have called the person who has made the product picking but he told me that the product has been dispatched from their side .
Now no response is being shown from their side.
I have paid for the product also but till yet they have not given me any replaced product or didnot returned my money back.
So kindly look upon to this matter as soon as possible.
