please note i bought one double bedsheet with two pillow covers from shopclues . but they sent me two same products . as iwere not at home my relative had taken the two of it as she didnt know about the purchase . moreover the merchant had sent other product than described on website and the quality is too bad. now as i contacted shopclues they are refusing to make a return request for order nos 88408064 and 88408190 .
i buy things online very frequently , i havent seen such a fraud online retailer .
please help me .
