Sir, I won a car from maruti true value in bhandari auto mobiles in kharagpur. Pin code 721301. On 25.03.2013. On rupees 122000.00 the sale executive promise to me the name transfer has been done within 3 months. But after 11 months I have not get any response from maruti. So, I have deside return my car in maruti true value. The AGM. of maruti true value Mr. Sumit Pradhan advise to their executive for valueation of car. The resulting are the valuation amount 80000. But I can’t understand why a reputed company minus 42000 rupees from customer. Cause that is totally full negligence of maruti true value. the company staffs are failure to done their job. Plz help to this is not a case of maruti it’s a survival of a ordinary woman.
