This is Regarding return of my datacard number 8459650041
I purchased MTS Data Card on 19th March. 2015 and did not used it even 200MB due to poor performance of MTS datacard in my area. I am unable to open even normal websites. 2G services are better than this. So now I want to surrender it, as it is no use for me. I Complained about it many times to customer care but they did not bothered much about it for first 15 days(always closed complains by replying completed), now after 20 days they want to come and check the speed at my place, for that i need to recharge the card, which is in no use for me. I am ready to recharge it if you can guarantee me a decent speed after resolving issue for accessing websites. As i was told by one of the customer care executives that there is a congestion issue in area so it can not give you better speed. Finally I have decided to return it.
