I placed an order via Paytm with Order No. 624492294 on 17 Oct ’14 at 9:41 pm for 1 ITEM (Silkbazar Beautiful Embrodried White Anarkali Dress Material) which was deliverd to me on 21.10.2014.
But when I received it, I found it was not what was being displayed on site during purchase.
When I try to contact them through e-mail they replied via mail that their courier partner will come and pick the product from doorstep.
But it still they didn’t replace it. Now when I try to contact them again they mail me that the reverse in not available in my location i.e. (Mumbai-37). And they also mentioned that they said to courier it back to the merchant at the address as mentioned on the shipment.
But before purchasing this product, I had conversation with them regarding replacement policy, at that time they assured me that they don’t exchange product delivered ,rather returned it back and provide cash back in respective buyers account.
On iterative mail, they replied to return purchase product to get refund on my personal level to their merchant which is totally in contrast to their policy.
