Restaurant Charging Rs. 190/- for Diet Coke Can which has MRP of INR 22.00

Name of company/service: Bamboo Shoots – Sector 18, Noida

Dear Sir,
Today I was charged Rs. 190/- (inclusive of all taxes and charges) for a can of diet coke which i ordered during my meal at the restaurant Bamboo Shoots in Noida Sector 18.
I reasoned with the captain in the eatery that I can not be charged above MRP, he told me its as per the menu rate. How can the menu list an item above MRP (7 TIMES MORE THAN MRP!!!)
I feel cheated and seek your intervention.
The eatery should not charge above MRP and should be penalised.
