This is Dr. G. Karthik Kumar i am one of your credit card customers. My credit card number is 47…….1851. Before i took your card the credit card department were behind me and forced me take your card. Now recently due to few problems i was unable to maintain my date to pay the bill. Later the card was blocked, when i contacted the customer care department they asked me to pay the minimum amount i have done it. Again i contacted the customer care department they asked me to pay 10000 Rs. I have done it ASAP. Again i contacted the customer care they asked me to clear the entire due. This has been going since three months. Now i have cleared the entire amount and asked the customer service department they said they don’t know when it is going to get unblocked. I am really frustrated with your service . If you don’t unblock my card ASAP i will have to launch customer complaint. As i have no dues left with your bank it will be on your part to unblock your card ASAP. It is my request to kindly unblock my card. The customer care department have no update when it is going to be unblocked. I hope i would further continue to use your credit card.
