I have bought a new Whirlpool Refrigerator 2 days back and it was delivered Y’day
and I was given these Customer care nos :080-60008558, & 1860-180-4558 by the Dealer
and today Morning I have been trying these numbers but no one is picking and saying Hello, I have been holding the Phone line for more than one hour no one did come on line said hello,
What kind of Customer care is this,
Just imagine in the beginning itself this pain what happens afterwards
I have a suggestion to the Company !
I am pissed of with the attitude they show in the beginning Horrible
Hope they realize and do some improvement, or else
Instead of Whirlpool I feel it should be WorldFool Please change the brand name if you continue these kind of Service
