Dear Sir,
I had one ticket booked from Goa to kolkata for 2nd November being pnr number- TH5FPT and I paid Rs. 4400/= for rescheduling the same from 2nd November to 10th October, but they rescheduled it for 10 to November.
The ticket was sent to me after which I called them and registered a complaint asking them to check the recorded conversation between me and their executive which will prove the facts. They are now not paying any heed to my complaint and are assuring me that the same shall be resolved but not a call or communication has been made for Goibibo.
I had to cancel the ticket and book from Makemytrip fearing that the matter will remain unsolved and I will remain stranded in Goa.
I had to make a loss of Rs.3600/= for cancelling and Rs.4400/= for rescheduling which was wrongly done by the Goibibo executive.
This is harassment to consumers and also a loss of money.
I want to take legal actions against such Goibibo and register a case of harassment and compensation.
