Required Immediate Action

Dear Team

Comments : i have purchased a micromax handset dated on – 30/3/12 model no.
A60
Issue’s———-
1—bluetooth was not worked from date of purchased 2—–within 15 days of
purchased , Handset shows sound problem , when played any video , game , mp3
song sometimes it sound —sometime does not 3–battery backup is very low
less then 20 hours on standby mode.
Finally I submmit it on service center “Gulmohar Enterprises” on 8/5/12 and
they given us one week time.
When i contact after one week ,they told us that company had not provide
them required parts so that they can repaired the faulty handset.
when i asked that upto what time i will got back my handset in working
contion.
Answer from servce center executive that i will not able to give any fixed
time .
At last
I am waiting for your relpy and kindly do the needful ASAP
For last one month I am communicating with micromax company but I have not received any satisfactory answer.
