Request to waive off late payment fee

I had made a payment of Rs, 204 from my credit card in jan 2012, payment of which was fallen due on feb 23 2012.But due to some unavoidable reason i could not deposit money in time .It has now come my knowledge that your bank has charged Rs,400 as late payment fee plus interest and taxes on amount due my Dr. balance of Rs. 204 has become Rs. 1575.76, in three months period. Your late fee is not a fee but a penalty shown as fee, becouse fee is charged against any service provided but this amount is charged as penalty for late payment, interest being also charged. In no law or ethics, interest and penalty of Rs.1200 can be justified on dues of Rs.200 in mere three months.
Some days ago while attempting to make some payment out of my credit card, I found that my credit card facility is terminated.I called Your customer care centre on 23/05/2012 at 5:00pm and your representative Mr.Mohammed confirmed that my credit card facility is cancelled. Sir let me know since when my credit card facility is cancelled? Is it justified to charged that much fee before as well as after termination of credit facilities. Aggreived with your unfavourable charges/ penalties, i request you to waive off the penalties/ fee in excess of 100% of sum due. I have deposited Rs.300 against my dues of Rs. 200. Now there are no dues on my account, except penalties charged by you. In case my request is not acceptable to you . kindiy treat my credit card cancelled with immediate effect and stop charging any fee or penalty. This message was also communicated to your representative telephonically on 23/5/2012.
