Dear Sir/Madam

I respectfully submit that I, Rachuri Satish Chandra, 8-3-167/D/5 Lakshmi nagar behind T.B. Hospital. S.R. Nagar post Hyderabad 500038 and I am working as Team leader in Mediland Transtech. When I was searching for dual sim mobile phone in internet I was inspired by one website name as NAAPTOL. The website has offered so many items sale through Credit Card payment mode. In this way i paid Rs.3999/- with freight charges 299/- for VOX 4 SIM 3.5inch Full Touch Screen TV Mobile – V9500 on June 1st 2012 with Order ID # 4104198. Surprisingly i have received the cell but its a defect piece, after receiving my mobile i put mobile for charging for 5 min, in that meanwhile i got a call and i pick up the phone it was too hot like iron box, i was afraid I made a call to the Naaptol customer care dept. according to their guidelines I have sent back the product through Blue Dart Courier AWB 32636711240 and it was received by Mr.Gagan of Naaptol on
Date of Delivery : 13 June 2012
Time of Delivery : 19:30
Recipient : GAGAN. (As per Blue Dart courier) On that day onwards I have made several STD calls regarding my mobile. Still today they are not reacting and not give any positive reply.

It is therefore I request you sir/madam, please file a complaint against www.naaptol.com ph.no.9223516148 under IPC and Cyber Laws and render justice.
