Request to for help to get the penalty or guide the procedure to recover the penalty charges either from service provider or from sender for DND violation.

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication (LM-030510)

Dear Sir/ Madam
My name is R. C. am a reliance Mobile consumer (+918444044588).

I had already activated DND long back and having sufficient document (such as post activation screen short of my phone a/c details of reliance server where it is clearly visible that DND is activated) to proof that DND activation status.

Surprisingly after DND activation till now even today received promotional SMS

SMS from LM-030510

SMS details-
”IIM Calcutta Adm Open For One Year Mgt Prog for Grads with 50% mark and 2 years Exp* if int SMS mail Id-9570123400”

Please help me to get the penalty or guide me the procedure to recover the penalty charges either from service provider or from sender for this DND violation.
