Dear Concern Person of the Citi Bank
Never send any courier from “Blue Dart Courier”
Experience withe “Blue Dart Courier Company” is worst ever my life. These people never send courier delivery boy and update on system that customer is not living on same address.One of my courier with the waybill number 42522041575 on 22nd of October 2013 was undelivered because they did not send any person to deliver it and updated in system that customer is not staying on same address.When I call to customer care then they talk with there Janak Puri New Delhi office and then I got my courier .Once Again today (24/10/2013) my another courier with waybill number 42520447535 is undelivered when that I was whole day in my home with wife and kid. Once again they updated,”customer is not found on address.”These both courier were from Citi Bank. I request to all financial institution including citi bank please change your ti-up with this fucking courier company and go with any good courier company.

Exactly same thing happens to be every time Citibank send out the courier using BlueDart.
All other courier are able to deliver without any issues. only BlueDart fellow never deliver and they update saying customer not available or address not found.They dont even bother to call on the number that is provided.
Citbank should avoid sending couriers using bluedart. kindly swith over to india post, they aer much better and they deliver on time.Regads,
