Request of Disconnection of Landline not accepted since 2 months

Since last 2 months, i am continuously requesting AITTEL for disconnection of my Analog Landline no 01145604264 and my account no is 7006196588.
My landline requests are not accepted as they says we have to send mail. Since August 9, 2013, i have sent 5 requests at [email protected] but have not received any response.
Please help.
