Dear Sir,
i have taken the policy No. 0098249768 under Bajaj Allianz Unitgain Plus Gold Account from above said company in which our fund value is continuously reducing day to day. a lot of charges has been applied by company and directly deducting from our fund value which were not know to us by their authorized agent. during the selling of policy it was told to us that you can withdraw your money after completion of three year but now they applying surrender charges 42.85% of first premium that is not judicial. if the same is applied our fund value will be remain only 27474/ only whereas we have paid till date 36000/-.
so kindly take the action against the company for such kind of fraud & please provide us justifiable decision in favor of us.
