Request for refund

This is to bring to kind attention that I have paid to indiamart amount of 5000 rs .to create my business profile 18/09/2017 Time around 11:30 am Before my business profile create i say to indiamart to stop my all work 18/09/2017 time around 12:30 pm and refund my 5000 rs because we are not satisfied indiaMART services . first they say your refund will be procesing but now they are not refund my 5000 rs
