Order ID [email protected] SNAPDEAL ITEM Of the Product-ARROW BLUE SHIRTS Order no.-19224989343 Date of Ordering-8/6/2017 Amount Paid-1073 Problem Details-I purchased aarrow blue shirts from snapdeal on 8/6/2017 but order delivered 13/06/2017 defective and different product so I spoke to their customer care dated 13/06/2017 and they informed me that they will make the corresponding return and refund within 24 hours. It has been already 3 days and no action has been taken from their side.after 3 days I request custumer care for replace. but company said they can not replace my product so I have already complaint no-307745 in National consumer forum against snapdeal fraud.Please help us with this concern of ours and ensure a smooth refunding with in 3days failing to which we have to take up legal steps for this case stands clearly of fraud, misrepresentation and harassment.
