There are no representatives for my Language

I have tried calling IFB 3 -4 times at different times and dates. IVRS Will ask me to choose a particular button for my Language “6” for marathi. However everytime call has been transfered to the person who does not know or understand “Marathi” I want to know if there is no one who can understand marathi why are you giving us that option? Or else make sure that there is someone who can understand marathi.
