hello sir,
my name is saurabh sharma. i bought samsung galaxy note 2
on 29/11/12. there is a problem with this mobile phone, battery and
network problem since i purchased. i subbmited on 17/12/12 at samsung
service center(R.R COMMUNICATION, B-1/628, FIRST FLOOR, janakpuri new
delhi-110058). My JOB sheet NO. is 4143627400.first they told me there
is a software problem, you can take it by evening on same date. at
evening they called me and said there is a hardware issue, some parts
of phone are not working..u can take it 18/12/12. afternoon. on
18/12/12 i reached at service center at 2:30 pm. they told me you can
collect it after one hour, after one and an hour again they told me
you can take it by 6:00 pm. after sitting 3 and half an hour and
they again give me a another date and they give me the same reason and
same excuse.i have been fed up now. its a manufacturing defect, now i
dont want my cell back.. i want my refund or new replacement of my
mobile phone..
i suffered lots of mentaly and physically.
