HI,
I bought one water filter model of Aquaguard(Spring ex) model, within warranty period of one year the pump of my machine started leaking. When contacted to their company post sales team they confirmed its replacement, but to my surprise their representative tried replacing the pump with some old pump having scales, dust and fungus on them.
Even after bringing this to their notice no action been taken from last one week,
Their technician admitted that this is a malpractise which got caught due to awareness of my mother,
I am extremely disappointed with their service, kindly suggest next action
