Dear Sir,
I had purchased and PC from Hari Systems SP Road Bangalore which was an assembeled one. Right from the begining I was facing problems with the PC, the PC would get shut down abruptly. When I approached the Shopkeeper, he sent me to the service center and they gave me an lame reason that the fan was filled up with dust that’s the reason why it got switched off. Again I faced the same complaint after 1 month. I gave the Mother Board at Intel Care and they had rectified the same, again after an week I faced the same complaint, they told me that the SMPS got burnt and that was replaced. After 4 months again i faced the same problem and approaced Intel care they told me that the warranty period of Processor has expired.I showed them the purchase date bill, but they were helpless, I agin approached the Shopkeeper, he replaced the processor but agin I faced the same problem after 15 days. I approaced the shopkeeper, but he told he that he is helpless, he cannot replace it with an new piece. My warranty period is not yet over.Can I get an new Processor, kindly help me out in this matter.
