I am very sorry to informing you that I am very unhappy with reliace digital service and commitments. On dated 16th feb 2013, I have purchased a fully automatic washing machine(LG brand) from reliace digital store located at Bhopal . As said by them, the WM will be delivered at my address within 24hrs and same has been done by reliace digital team but due to some manufacturing error (as seen by reliace digital service engineer), the WM has to be replaced. He committed that WM will be replaced within 4days but till date it never happen. After several(approx 20 times) following up at reliace digital store, I got LG service centre number, from where they assured delivery on 22.02.13. LG+ Reliance digital team was assuring that same will be delivered on 23.02.12, next day ,and next day after each day. And finally on 28.02.13, reliace digital team said to me that WM model is not available at branch office or any other location.
Here I am asking you if WM was not available at reliace digital store, why reliace digital are advertising that thing and if reliace digital are not able to arrange the same, why are reliace digital not telling me the truth?
Just because of reliace digital careless, I have already lose my personal trip and on daily basis I am spending my time in this foolish activity.
They are not following up WM, while this duty I was performing on daily basis.
