Not Giving me replacement of Faulty Brand new Handset ,Its almost 5-6 times I talk with your support center they just listen my concern & there is no action I have seen. & almost 10 times I call repair center & visited 5 times , Without solving problem Ticket 13071901342 is closed Please raise this issue at upper level give me replacement of the set since from 19.7.2013 under repair With sim card I need replacement give me replacement of the set
