REPLACEMENT OF SIDE PANEL OF TVS APACHE

Name of company/service: TVS MOTORS

I TOOK MY TVS APACHE RTR160 FOR 2ND FREE SERVICING IN KHAITAN TVS (RAMGARH, JHARKHAND) ON 28 MARCH 2010. DURING SERVICING THEY BROKE THE SIDE PANEL OF MY BIKE. I COMPLAINT TO THE OWNER OF THE SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHANGE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVEN’T CHANGE THE SIDE PANEL OF MY BIKE. THEY ONLY CONSOLE ME THAT ‘THE PANEL IS COMING,I WILL INFORM U’, ETC ETC BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVEN’T CALLED ME. PLEASE DO SUMTHING, I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED.

    the owner of Khaitan TVS has changed his dealership from Khaitan TVS to Kanhaiya Automobile with e-mail id: [email protected] n now when we go for servicing, he only just consoling me by telling me that ‘ the side panel of ur bike is coming, it will come on wednesday, i will inform u, blah blah………do sumthing as soon as possible.
