replacement of mobile phone

i have purchased a samsung galaxy s duos GT S 7562 on 17th feb,2013 after one week it was hanging in processing to anything, the software was updated by service centre bt prblm still as it is.again 2nd time software was updated by service centre bt again prblnm was not solved . i were go to servicce centre 3rd tim with in 20 days they updated again software and replace the processor bt prblm of hanging still same. i were talk to customer care 7 time but they are not replaced my handset.

i want to replace my hand set please help me
